Worst network provider

Finally after full 6 months in dispute with mtn the Ombudsman has came to my rescue ? I advise anyone who is having problems with mtn to email the ombudsman in less than 15 days since I sent out my email everything is cleared and rectified from my account truly feel like a dream?? this is after I sent out dozens of emails to mtn which I never received reply from, inboxed on all social media platforms no one was bothering to reply anymore, wrote on Hello Peter nothing still... mtn sucks their customers service is the pits worse ever I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO TAKE A CONTRACT WITH THEM ?♂️

I don't even wanna talk about the manager "Omar" at Mitchells Plain Prominade mall branch very *********** and useless because of his stupidness I had to undergo all this stress for the past 6 months.
