Worst network provider

I have never been so disgusted by the service MTN offers. 1- They will make you hold unnecessarily, 2- The agents hang up while you on the line with you, honestly had I known I would’ve stayed away from this company and joined other networks. I made a settlement payment on my account and sent proof of payment, I explained to them that I don’t want another debit running from my account even the data I don’t want it cause the billings department doesn’t work on Saturday, fair enough I understand that but because I sent proof of payment why can this be allocated and my contract be canceled. If you want peace of mind stay the hell away from MTN. I logged a complain even today it has not been acknowledged like is this the type of service that we need as clients?
