Worst network provider!

<p>I recently went into MTN Promenade to apply for a upgrade as my previous account expired, when I spoke to one of the consultants I was informed that my upgrade has already been requested in 2015, they then stated that I would need to fill out a affidavit proving that I haven't requested an upgrade. I'm furious that this has happened after I squared up all my payments this is suppose to be one of the best and secure networks in South Africa what a laugh that this is the result of what you'll state is one of the best networks around. I would like MTN to resolve my query promptly as this is totally unacceptable this is no way to be treated as if I am a ***** I'm extremely disappointed being a loyal customer for years with MTN.
