Worst Network ever - thinking of going back to Vodacom

I recently bought airtime for R300 - had a extratime for 20 that I was owing - it was taken off which left me with R280. I paid for showmax using my mtn airtime for R89. I then made a call for 50 seconds and I checked my balance to find that I had R128 remaining. I called MTN 135 to get this sorted and I was told that I had made 3 calls to a 083 number.

I told them that I did not make such calls and I do not have the history on my phone, they insisted that I did.

I then asked them to provide me with the numbers that I called and they refused saying that it is an invasion of my privacy. How is it an invasion of my privacy if you are giving me the number that you claim I have called from my phone.

I am not happy - I need answers but most importantly I want my airtime back.
