Worst network EVER!!

If I could rate this network, I would say they are ****ty. Not only did I not get the deal I signed up for, now I'm being billed for insurance that was canceled well within the cooling off period. Your sales agent basically forced insurance and I canceled a week later and was advised that I would not be charged. If I had not checked my statement, I would not have known that I am being billed for insurance. I reversed my debit order and made a manual payment. Now you want to charge me reversal fees for your error. Bull****!! Horror network and once this contract is up which unfortunately for me is in 33 months, I will never take out another product with you ever again and I would not recommend your ****ty service either
