WORST NETWORK// CONTRACT CANCELLATION

One star is being too kind , they deserve no stars at all. I will never stop complaining about this horrible network. I'm glad I ported to telkom. I took a contract for an iPhone 11 pro max in 2020. it was an upgraded from an iPhone 8+ from that upgrade they charged me double. i was paying R1090 including Insurance when i upgraded it amounted to R2064 included R378 insurance. They doubled that amount for 3 months straight. Imagine 4K coming out of your account which nobody can fully explain why i barely lived for 3 months complaining hoping the amount will come down. 3 months later it went to the agreed amount 2064 I've been paying for 1 year 8 months. i decide to cancel my contract early and settle the remaining amount which was close to 8k , i went to an mtn shop and settled the amount and showed them proof of payment to cancel the account/contract. its August now the contract was suppose to end on this month now they telling me i owe R2.6k and they wont allow me to make any calls until I've paid. MTN Why do you treat people this way? I'm owing you. You are the worst network in Africa. I'LL NEVER OPEN UP ANY CONTRACT WITH YOU EVER AGAIN. I'm not paying this amount until you explain What is this amount for since my contract was supposed to be cancelled? What are you charging me? Even my boss's data contract ended in February, we called to cancel it, but guess what? R159 STILL GETS DEBITED AS IF WE DID N'T CANCEL. MTN IS HORRIBLE, THEY JUST WANT YOUR MONEY THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT ANYTHING ELSE, EVERYONE OWES THEM THEY ARE ALWAYS RIGHT AND WE MUST BLINDLY PAY FOR THINGS THEY CAN'T EVEN EXPLAIN. ****ING TRASH!!!!!!!!! and don't get me started on the unreachable call centre, I've tried numerous times and the calls go silent or there are no options to reach the agents or they pretend to transfer you and then hang up. It's a nightmare trying to reach them. You end up giving up. you go in-store the system is down they can't help you. MTN leaves you in limbo, hoping you will blinding pay for **** you don't even owe. ****ing nonsense. where can i report them?
