Worst Network

<p>Im currently using a Samsung Note 5 and have all my data restrictions restristred and my auto updates only on wi-fi. I have been having a problem with my data usage 1GB last 3 days. My worst incident was yesterday i switched off my Mobile data and double checked my data restriction and my my auto updates, then purchased 300MB just after switch on my mobile data my data was switched. called 808 and they told they dont see anything on their side and requested feedback as i dont have a breakdown of my usage. I called in later as i needed data for an once off Add on of 1GB when i open my Mobile Data and tried going to my social network and checked my data balance it was 160MB and i didnt do anything..</p> <p>I would like my data back as im sick and tired of the all unsolved problem with the service provider</p> <p> </p> <p>Here is the INCIDENT logged: ********** 58</p> <p> </p> <p>I want my data back MTN doesnt appreciate as i have been a client with the for over 14 years with number ********** 881 prepaid and ********** 623 contract for 2years +</p>
