Worst network

The reason for this is due to the constant fact of my data disappearing and no I did not have any applications open, nor did I have any running applications in fact my phone was not being used yet in a matter of minutes apart my data went from 50% used to 80% used and I did not even have my phone in my possession in that time. I would call customer service to complain about this, however, the billions of times I have called about this exact problem I always get the same response of they can’t do anything from their side and I need to ensure that I do not have any running applications. And yes if this had only happened once or twice I would understand my mistake but it is a continuous problem and in the end I’m the one needing to buy myself data over and over again because i definitely will not be reimbursed for the data that is literally disappearing.
