Worst network

My contract expired October but mtn didn't even bother to let me know about the options moving forward, then they deduct more money for the next month which I did not agree to. So I call to cancel with them but they tell me there's a 30day notice even thou the contract has expired. Mtn ke **** shem mxm even their network is slow and cuts when there is load shedding
