Worst MTN Store

This must be the worst MTN shop be I have ever been!, the service is pathetic, I bought a sim there for data only use in a rooter on Sunday, I tested the sim and it seems the assistant who helped me did not load the damn data!, talk about useless staff!, I then phoned them and they asked me the sim's number that I provided, I was told they will come back to me, I waited 2 hours and nothing, sim still no data, it then took me 12 calls to get through again, the person who helped me was apparently busy and I was told to call back in 10min, which I tried, phone just rang nobody bothered to pick up. After my experience I would strongly suggest to avoid this particular MTN shop.
