Worst MTN Service!!

I have a plan with MTN and I have been paying for almost 2 years now without fail. My phone is now broken and the insurance doesn't want to assist , they keep asking useless questions that I have already answered on the claim form , i even went to the store and they just said they won't do anythingaboutit both in Greenstone and Norwood. I am so disappointed , hurt and angered by MTN South africa service. I need assistance ASAP!!
