Worst MTN insurance Claim experiences - 4 months running

Worst 4 months with MTN and their insurance claim Guardrisk. They will give you the run around and when they finally respond, your claim will be rejected and told to contact various email addresses if you want to dispute the outcome. however, from there on you will never get a response from these emails no matter how much you escalate the matter. I have been paying for this contract for duration of the 4 months since my device was ******, hoping that it will eventually be resolved. Didn't want to cancel the contract. but this is highly ridiculous now.
