Worst MTN experience of my life!!!!

After more than 10 years of being a client at MTN, this happened...

I had a black Friday deal on contract A, which I was very happy with. On Contract B, I had data share on because I was not using that contract but wanted the benefits of it. In November I spoke to Arisha via whatsapp to upgrade my contract. She advised me that I must leave contract A alone because the value and what I am paying they will not be able to match, and that I must rather upgrade on contract B. I specifically asked her about data share because I do not have a phone to use contract b with, so I want the benefits of it on contract A's phone. She assured me that it will be fine, it really was not. I then received a phone call and sms saying that the black friday deal will deplete and return to normal charges. I whatsapp Arisha on the MTN nr asking het about it. She rep**** #wegotu after the first month I got a invoice where the charges was almost double what I am use to paying. I send Arisha a e-mail, but had no response... over the co**** of 3 weeks I send 5 e-mails where I received an e-mail saying back that my messages was blocked. I then phoned the MTN whatsapp nr and they told me she is not longer working there. over the next 2 weeks I spoke to multiple people including send an e-mail to the complaints department with no response or resolving on my issue. Finally I spoke to a lady named Pretty. I explained my situation to her and what it is that I need help with. She told me to downgrade contract A because I can not afford to pay the bill that they are sending me, 2 months in a row already. I did not want to be black listed either because of a mistake. Pretty very carefully listened to my needs and phoned me back 4 times to make sure she has all the right information. Guess what, she ****ed it up as well. So now I have 2 contracts that I can not use as I need. I then went to MTN store in Woodlands, the lady there could also not help me to migrate or cancel or nothing. I wanted to get data share on contract A to contract B because apparently I can not do it the other way around as I explained previously to the other ladies. To be honest I could see that she did not want to help me. She told me to load airtime on contract A and SEE if I can swap it for minutes. She said that she wasn't sure if I will be able to do it... so in other words, spend more money and see what happens... I then called 135 and the man there said that I must go to an MTN store to get a sim swap so that I can have the Sim to work with on contract B. He said that my sim is insured and that they will give me a new one. I went to Attebury Value Marts MTN store and spoke to Patrick, and he told me that I need to pay the money for the sim and then claim it form the insurance and by the way, I am not allowed to migrate because there is to many charges involved in doing that and that he can not give me the cost because his computer does not calculate them. I then phoned the insurance the next day to claim the sim swap... yep, it was never insured and that money was waisted. I then phoned 135 again, they told me that the sim was indeed not insured and that I am only allowed to migrate after 3 months. Info that Patrick could not give me. furthermore Veronica told me that the packages aren't all compatible with each other and that I must chose carefully....

Now I ask, for who's benefit is the "calls are recorded? Why is there a complaints e-mail listed if no one ever phone you back? Does MTN train there people? Because I spoke to 12 people at this stage, so many of them blatantly **** to me

I am definitely going to search for a network company that is willing to buy out my contracts and give me what I wanted all along. Because I feel that I have given MTN more that enough chances to rectify this mistake.
