worst mobile service provider

<p>I dont know how many reviews i have written on mtn nearly every month there is a problem. This month they debited my account whule i pay every single month by eft. I paid my account on the 25th for cell no ********** 603 and ********** 713. So why was i debited on the 1st. I tried phoning twice and both times i was put on hold the second time i called after being put on hold for 12 min i was again put on hold for 8min so i just hung up. The consultant was also extremely rude. Please will you refund the second payment please</p>
