Worst ****ming company ever

I was not informed of my contract expiring and I was okay with that, but only to find out I was moved to a month to month contract which costs more than twice what I paid for on my initial 24mnth contract. I tried calling over and over and I was tossed from consultant to consultant with no help only reference numbers Ref ***, Ref ***, Ref ***, Ref ***, Ref *** Not only that but when I try to upgrade I am told I failed vetting for an offer costing R 259 but I am forced on a month to month costing R659. How does that make sense?
