Worst is an understatement

If I could give it zero stars I would. No one has resolved my wifi issue. I waited out the allocated time. Its been hours of their agents just asking the same info via FB Messenger, delayed responses and no concrete help. I the interrim my work and studies are affected while MTN frolicks around with my money and patience.
