Worst insurance company

I insured my device with Mtn in July 2016, account has been paid on time ever since. My device needed repairs and I took it in on the 6th of June 2017. I received only one message from Mtn acknowledging receipt of the device... But since then, this experience has been a nightmare. What is worse is, without fail they deduct my money for a device that I do not have. I have been waiting on unprofessional promises and excuses that have never been fulfilled. I honestly wouldn't recommend this nonsense to anyone, further more I actually believe they should stop making fools out of their customers and let other companies insure their devices on their behalf. I have had to deal with bad service in my life but really Mtn device insurance takes the cup! I had insurance with Vodacom before and within couple of days my issue was sorted.
