worst insurance

The worst insurance ever..i paid them fr almost 2 years.i lost a device this year and thy could not replace it when i call them they just tell me that it is because the insured number was not utilized 15 days prior to the incident date. Which is not true..they don't even do their investigation and if you don't call them to make a follow up they won't call you. I still regret that my device was insured with mtn claim insurance
