Worst experience with MTN store

I had the worst experience ever at mtn store Maponya Mall branch with the supervisor Steven, I added a phone on my contract and agreed on the amount, the guy wasn’t doing his work, he was busy flirting and asking me out instead he messed up my first phone contract, I didn’t get a data and minutes and the money I’m paying is way more than what we agreed on
