Worst experience with MTN home router

I paid MTN money for a home router on the 18th of July I’ve sent them proof of payments to almost 10 agents, I have contacted them via emails, via twitter everything but still no assistance with the internet instead they say I still owe them on something I have never even used. I am having the worst experience with MTN
