Worst experience with any cellphone company ever.

I thought that if I leave Vodacom for MTN I would no have any problems anymore. What a wake up it is. MTN is worse than Vodacom. I now have to pay for two contracts with no service. Your billing service is one of the most confusing I have ever came accros. When I took the contract I asked that debit be on the first. Went off the 2nd and the next one on the 3rd. Only to find out that I only will get what I pay for on the 12th. ***. So now I must by data out of contract that's ridiculously expensive. Easy way for MTN to ******* their customers. Also found out today that the topup contract that I'm on, I don't qualify for any promotional double data. I'm on one of the most expensive contracts.
