worst experience trying to do sim swap with mtn

my phone got ******, tried to do a sim swap, i was sent to pillar to post by various mtn customer service agents. they firstly **** telling me the sim swap was succesful and when i called 24hours later they tell me no its not succesfull tried to block they told me they cant do that, like how?? ive never been so dissapointed like this before. id not recomment mtn to anyone after this.
