Worst experience MTN Direct Sales.

Worst experience. Ordered a data package online Direct Sales (Mondo), they delivered wrong device. Now it's a tedious process to get them to correct their mess. I was told to take the wrong device to any MTN store, only to find out from those stores they cannot accept the wrong device. I am told to go to main office. This up and down for what. Worst experience, absolutely the worst experience provided by these Direct Sales people.
