Worst experience ever with MTN

Canceled the MTN home Lte as it wasn't working. After a week of back and forth they finally canceled it as no technician showed up to rectify this. At the end of the month I get billed R2500. Tried calling the call center on so many occasions and they are so unhelpful. Agents are cutting the call, transferring me to so many different departments without letting me know whats happening. I still haven't resolved this. Do not take up any 4G/5G deals with them. It never works and you'll have so many issues.
