Worst experience ever, do better MTN

According to me 1 star is alot, MTN's network in my area sucks.. I have been trying to get the home router,went to 3 different stores. If its not the billing cycle that's the problem, they don't have stock. Im beginning to think that your consultants just don't want to work, or you guys are clearly not meeting client demand. Do better MTN
