Worst experience ever

I bought data on the mtn app, the money was debited on my bank account but data was not loaded . I tried reaching them with no luck. Sent an email didn't get back to me it's been over 24 hours now.. i tried their social media its blue ticks,mtn is a **** i just want my money back and im loosing my patience
