WORST EXPERIENCE EVER
Dear MTN... <br> <br> it is taking every part of me NOT to flip out right now!!! I'm DISGUSTED with the HORRIBLE service I've received over the last few years! I've always tried to keep calm however this time you pushed me over the edge. To start, if I should count the amount of times I phoned your call centre for assistance about 60% of those calls were dropped!!! <br> <br> Second of all, I do not know where you find your call centre agents but I'm sure they are trained to be ***********, rude and disrespectful!!!!! <br> <br> To be honest I'm not even expecting a response from MTN as that is how useless I think you are!!! You are the worst decision of my life!!!!!<br> <br> Regards, <br> Sune
