Worst experience ever

More than 2 weeks ago I have placed an order for a new handset at the MTN store in the Promenade Mall Mitchell's Plain where I advised that I would receive feedback within 24 hours, it took 2 weeks for me to receive a responce from the vetting department who did my assessment and was finally approved. Upon visiting the store (for the fith time) I was advised that there was an issue with the scanner and my documents never reach the head office to be able to process the application, then a was told that my credit limit would not allow me qualify for the S6 edge I have requested after I have received feedback to advise that my application was approved. This matter has been referred back to the vetting department and I was re-approved for the phone I wanted. I am disgusted with the way this matter has been handled especially being a customer with MTN with both my voice and data for the last 10 years. The staff at store level is unprofessional as they have failed to inform me of any issues they had with regards to my application and then being contacted by the regional sales manager Jainap Amardien who apologised and explained that their was nothing els they could do...
