WORST EXPERIENCE AT MTN WOODMEAD

I am so frustrated and disappointed by the service at MTN woodmead store. I have been trying to sort out my account with the consultant and the manager without any luck. Now I'm receiving calls from their attorneys telling me that my account is with legal and obviously will affect my credit status. I have been going back and forth with these people and everytime I visit the store they promise to sort out my account.
