Worst expericence cancelling month to month contract

Joined for the Home internet online on a month-to-month contract. Returned the router to MTN Louis Trichard, they were still debitting my account for 3 months, It takes more than 5 redirects and Hours of phone calls to cancel the contract and they didnt even refund my money.
