Worst ever Service from MTN

Worst service ever received, last week on 14th April 2021 I experienced a problem with a Samsung S21+ Screen not responding. My handset never fall or anything but just stopped responding. Took it back to "Waterfall MTN Rustenburg" ever since I haven't got a single call from them, even at least a "Call Back". Phoned MTN today and they telling me I have go back to the shop and ask them"Like really". I even told the lady that I will put my complain on "Hello peter" she was like it's fine. MTN just don't care.
