Worst ever & False advertising

I have been trying to get an upgrade since the 6th of January and have been calling almost everyday with calls waiting over an hour to get assistance. They cant upgrade me to any of the advertised contracts online and on the January catalogue because i am not on the new system(False advertising) they tell me i need to wait to be moved to the new system and no one can tell me when that would happen. I was then offered an alternative but that also cannot be processed because there is an order open and they cannot cancel it, this is week 4 and no one updates me, it's sad that i am 4 months due for an upgrade but i cannot upgrade and they are making it hard for me to terminate the contract.
