Worst encounter ever!!!
Worst encounter ever!!! I have been trying to get hold of the mtn billing department for months, I failed to get a number that works and resorted to emails. They respond days later and when they do It seems like they dont want help . All they ever do is ask for ur ID Number/Cell phone Number, MTN Pin and disappear. Every other email you send after that is ignored. I've gone through 4 - 5 team members and it seems like they are all trained to ignore us . I dont even think they deserve the one star rating.
