Worst ***en Netwrok why suspend my lines after I paid not my fault that your agents have t cancelled contracts that ended month ago 😡

This is the most pathetic network you can find. My 4 ended in September after cancelling my contracts yet you still charging me on a month to month basis and now u suspended my 2 existing lines after paying. The customer service centre agents are the worst everyone has a different story they send you from pillar to post. You can never get through to retentions or cancellations. I run a business nobody can get hold of me no incoming or outgoing calls. I refuse to pay for contracts that I am not using for something I’m not using. Everyday I’m calling the call centre everyday and nobody can assist me to open my lines I’m losing business everyday. If my lines are not opened today or someone from MTN doesn’t get into contact with we ( what a joke not even MTN can get in contact with me as the lines are suspended ) I am now taking my case to the ombudsman. Moving forward I will not pay this contracts anymore. You can take this contracts and shove it where the son doesn’t shine.
