Worst customer service I've ever dealt with.

Whomever designed their phone tree must be a sadist because it seems explicitly designed to keep you from talking to an actual human. I tried two approaches: Calling their number and sending eMails, both ended up going nowhere. Keep your money firmly in your pocket and avoid these guys like the plague.
