WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IN THE WORLD

My service for *** was stopped today which is fully paid every month due to an upgrade on *** which was cancelled on the 27th of June 2022 and after more than 20 emails and about 17 calls of which I have reference numbers and dates and time for still no response - MTN has the worse customer service in the country and no one answer the phone or if they do they just refer you to someone else - MTN YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF THE SERVICE YOU RENDER AND THE CEO IS IN HIDING SEEING THAT NOONE KNOWS HIS PHONE OR EMAIL ADRESS!!!!!!
