Worst customer service in the history of the world

The worst customer service I have EVER received in my entire life. I've pushed from pillar to post and not a single MTN employee can help me. Currently sitting with a phone that was delivered and according to the call centre, they have no record of me ever applying for a contract or a sim port. I've been repeatedly **** to by a man named Johan Janse Van Nieuwenhuizen (Inbound Sales Agent), yesterday he repeatedly assured me that my number would be ported by this morning, I'm still with Vodacom.

I'm at my whits end. I just want to drop the phone off and pretend this never happened. PLEASE can someone assist me.
