Worst customer service in South Africa from MTN

The worst service in South Africa!

I got a data contract through mtn, certain I was going to get 75 gig data and end up only getting 50. Trying to find out if I can “upgrade or migrate” my contract phoning customer care to only be told to go into store! Going into three different stores and getting 3 different stories, and customer care telling me I can migrate after 3 months but have to be in store to do so. First store tells me only after 6 months, second telling me only 3 months early from end of contract and last store not even being able to tell me anything!

This is disgusting that we as consumers must suffer from this kind of service!

Will never recommend to anyone to use MTN
