Worst customer service in SA

Upgrade due on 5 May, after being sent from pillar to post they "discover" that I'm on their old system and my account must be migrated to their new system before I can upgrade. Three months later and I'm still waiting ...Shocking to say the least!! I've decided to move on - goodbye MTN ... not that you seem to care!!
