Worst customer service from the call centre staff, if there was an option for no star I was definitely gonna rate it as that. They are absolutely useless and no one has answers for anything, all they literally do is avoid queries by transferring the call. I got a new month to month contract from MTN in Dec and paid 2 months upfront and now not only is the router not connecting to the internet but I am not getting what I paid for. I called multiple times and it’s been fruitless coz I’m being sent from pilar to post and no1 has answers. Spoke lastly to a rude advisor called Mazwi who by the way according to him, is not allowed to give me his surname (due to the POPIA) where????? Absolutely useless coz none of my queries and concerns were addressed.
