Worst Customer Service from Retentions Department

I cannot understand how a company can tell a customer that they will call me back and a week later still no call .Apparently due to system issues there is nothing they can do .The consultant was so unprofessional by kept me on mute then say they going to call me back when i asked to speak to a superior, she hung up . Wow!!!
