"Worst Customer Service Experience of My Life at MTN Centurion!"

@MTNza I am absolutely disgusted by the treatment I received today at your Centurion Cell Network store. We have 4 contracts with MTN and have never had issues — until now. I was shouted at, disrespected, and humiliated in front of other customers, all because your staff refused to help me with a faulty router.

My daughter is a university student doing online courses, and we now have NO INTERNET all weekend. I’ve called support 5 times, visited two stores, and still no resolution.

This is unacceptable. I’ve already emailed a full complaint and demand urgent action Monday morning. I expect better from a company I’ve supported.
