Worst customer service experience

Worst customer service ever. Can't even speak to a consultant telephonically. 083 135 number doesn't even have option to speak to a consult. Called the ***** department to atleast get through someone to speak to. Worst 30 mins of my life... Consultant answered and kept call on hold and never got assistance.
