Worst Customer service ever from MTN customer service agents

I have never received such poor service from the network provider. It was a hassle to get MTN sim data till I opted to take vodacom. I went to MTN shop in Pavilion Mall and got *********** sales agent, till I went out without data simcard. I ended up getting myself online, I didn't know I can only use it in one location and when I went to enquire about that as I did not have network I went to MTN shop in Westville Mall and the lady there told me she can't assist me since I took it online I should phone. Now I want to cancel the contract I phoned and was told to go to MTN shop. yooh I have never been tossed to and fro like this I even regret why I took this router
