Worst customer service ever experienced
I went to MTN to apply for an e- sim but none of the staff knew how to generate a Q code for me. I was referred to the online call centre 135, and to differrent stores. At some point I was told to go to a shop which is not a franchisee , of which none of the agents advising me told me how I can indentify such a shop. After several weeks of being sent from pillar to post I decided to terminate my contract with them which ends on the 16th December but no one seems to be able to assist me .I have been sent to 135 , which is never answered or if it does the agents refer me to the shop.I wrote several emails to their complaints department to no avail. Is there anyone working for this company who cares about customer service at all. I am very surprised that this company is still standing and promising to do well by their customers. MTN please train your staff , we as customers dont have time to spent going from one shop to the other or phoning you.
