Worst customer service ever!

Mtn is honestly terrible. Really regret having taken out a contract with them. Contract is due for upgrade... But they call a person at ridiculous times. When i do email in to ask them to contact me between the hours i set aside to take their call.. They never call! I call the customer line. As usual you have to wait 45 minutes for someone to attend to you. By then you have to start a nect meeting. Worst service ever. Will go back to Vodacom anyday
