Worst Customer Service Ever!!

I have an ongoing query with MTN and it's on month 4th now which worse that disgusting customer service. I spoke to a Palesa Kubeka who's incompetence caused me to owe MTN and she confirmed that the error was hers, she rectify it and that was the last she responded to my emails and chose to ignore me. I tried getting hold of her and another Agent assisted with the product but said billing is suppose to be rectified by Palesa cause she created it. From October to date I'm still trying to rectify that billing and it's funny how EVERYONE at MTN say it's not to be rectified by them. My service provider is MTN and whatever happens behind the calls and closed curtains is not suppose to affect me as a customer. Each day I'm sent from pillar to post and no one seems to be bothered, no 1 responds even after countless email threads and back and forth with this 1 team leader who's been trying to assist with no joy. No 1 knows who is suppose to resolve this query and no one cares, it's business as usual. I want this query resolved cause now both my numbers are suspended even though I have a pending query, this is so annoying!!!!! Can I have some service please
