Worst customer service EVER!!!

2 years ago I also wrote a bad review for the MTN the Grove branch, and guess what same story again. Customer service is PATHETIC. your staff is rude and ***********. We went in to do a Business upgrade, spoke to MARIA, she said she was going to email us the documents on friday the 1st Nov 2019, first thing the morning. after numerous phone calls we got the documents that afternoon only. spoke to LIZETTE and she was just plain rude. after signing and sending the documents, went back the sunday to collect our phones, they didn't even look at what we sent them and only then started with the upgrade. They are the two most rude people I have come across. this is the sort of thing that makes you loose customers. So MTN if you want to know where your problems lie, check your customer service!! MTN the GRove will not be seeing us again.
