Worst customer service ever

I had network issues since yesterday your agents are very rude even the Team leaders dont even care one of the agents dropped the line when i requested he needs to log an incident as I have been having this issue since yesterday ,I am so disappointed with the service I have received from you yesterday up until today. PLEASE SAY WHEN YOU GUYS ARE TIRED OF US
