Worst customer service ever

I was placed on temporary disability and the admin of the process took long resulting in non payment for months because of this my mtn contract went into arrears. I have been trying to make contact with mtn legal team for months however I have been given the run around, sent from pillar to post, been ghosted via email when I presented evidence of them doing a debit, agents dropping calls when I finally get through to their legal team. It has impacted my credit score negatively and they just don't care. Your agents are unprofessional. I never send I did not make arrangements but I cannot afford to pay this big amount in one go as your agents are demanding.
